Research and Development Plan
The search for clean energy through known mechanisms has not uncovered a new clean source of energy vital to the sustainability of the planet. The research plan of The PG7 is to pursue an alternate source as described in A Treatise on Cosmic Fire (Bailey, A Treatise on Cosmic Fire 1973). The basis of the research is to modify classical sonoluminescence experiments to include a mineral catalyst, pressure, laser light, and sound, plus adding a path for the escaping energy to follow, so that the atomic energy latent in minerals can be sustained and harnessed.
Simply stated, the plan outlined in this paper is:
- Utilize the expertise of chemists, geochemists, and physicists to adapt the sonoluminescence process as this has demonstrated the ability to contact the central spark even if momentarily.
- Add a mineral catalyst. Possible catalyst choices include, diamond, sapphire or ruby but a geochemist is necessary to determine the best mineral choice for stability of the expected electrical phenomena when combined with sound and color.
- Utilize a process of applying pressure to a vessel and allow for vibration or resonance. Chemical, mechanical and electrical engineers are required for design and operation.
- Stimulate the central core through short pulses utilizing a laser. A laser engineer is required.
- The laser colour is important as it will control the vitalization of the atom.
- Apply a series of tones. This implies that the experiment must be conducted within the audible range so that the tones can be heard, blended and adjusted as required. A sound engineer is required.
- Ensure that there is a path for the positive electrical energy to follow as there will be a backward pull to overcome.
- Determine how to control the central electric spark. Since by analogy the process is replicating the cosmos and planet earth, an astrophysicist, geophysicist and mathematicians are required to work with the team to help refine the process.
The expected observations are:
- Formation of the bubble.
- The blending, fusing, and burning period of the atom as it becomes radioactive and radiates with light.
- The solvent stage in which the form is dissipated and substance is held in solution, the atom being resolved into its essential duality of positive and negative energy. The spheroidal wall breaks down and the electrons seek a path away from the central nucleus.
- The escape of the positive energy. This stage will be volatile.
Objective
The proposed project has only one objective – to discover a new energy source. This source is not heat but positive electrical energy. The stabilization and control of the released energy is part of the project since early results may indicate that the process is viable but control may not be demonstrated. Control must be demonstrated.
